Emily Rouse was born and raised in Iowa, and moved to Fargo in 2017 after graduating from Drake University Law School the same year. She has been with Oster Law Office for over 3 years and focuses her practice on Family Law. She is currently actively licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota. Emily is a rostered North Dakota parenting coordinator and is a qualified neutral in North Dakota and Minnesota. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Family Law Section for the State Bar Association of North Dakota.
